美国FTC能效标签办理

美国联邦贸易委员会（FTC)宣布了能效标识规则部分的最终变更方案。其中有关于照明的是：美国联邦贸易委员会已扩大覆盖范围LightingFacts标签，包括某些的装饰灯和特种灯泡。据悉，该通知已完成委员会最近监管的能效标识规则的审查。

由于市面上许多灯泡包装变得越来越小，修改后的规则解决了如何在一个紧凑的格式中显示照明事实信息的问题。而生产厂家需要注意的是，如果您的产品涵盖在能效标识规则里面，美国联邦贸易委员会已经采取行动，你必须遵循，否则，将受到法律制裁。

什么是FTC法令呢？

根据美国联邦贸易委员会FTC法令要求，LED灯进入美国市场销售需要在包装盒以及灯体上贴上能源标贴，向公众披露该产品的年度耗电量，寿命等信息。

FTC能效认证范围：

带灯头的光源类灯（E螺口灯头系列，B卡口灯头系列，G灯头系列）；

灯具类（筒灯，工矿灯，面板灯等）。

亚马逊官方给出的：

1.工厂根据产品类型，确定是否在强制范围内以及产品所使用的测试标准。

2.工厂提供样品给到NVLAP资质第三方实验室测试，拿到测试报告。

3.根据报告上的测试数据对下载的标签模板更新，从而得到单个产品FTC标签。

4.将FTC标签上传到网站，并将URL地址给到亚马逊卖家。

5.亚马逊卖家通过批量上传模板做标签批量上传。

Energy Labeling Rule:

If you list an offer on a product that falls under the Energy Labeling Rule, it’s your responsibility to ensure the proper label, icon, or water use information is displayed on the detail page. The federal Energy Labeling Rule requires that these products display:

Yellow EnergyGuide labels on detail pages for certain appliances

White Lighting Facts labels on detail pages for certain lighting products

An energy icon (an encircled capital letter "E") on detail pages for certain lighting products

Water use information on detail pages for certain plumbing products

Contact the product manufacturer or private labeler to obtain the proper label, icon, or water use information to comply with the Energy Labeling Rule.
