欧洲委员会向WTO提交了外部电源新ErP法规

近日，欧洲委员会向WTO提交了外部电源新ErP法规，旨在取代现行ErP法规EC 278/2009。新法规里规定的实施日期为2020年4月1日。

新ErP要点
1. 产品范围：
• 增加多路电压输出外部电源；
• 电子电气的家用和办公设备用的外部电源, 连接产品不再仅限于EC 1275/2008 待机指令。
2. 不适用于以下产品：
a) 电压转换器
b) 不间断电源
c) 电池充电器
d) 照明转换器
e) 医疗设备的外部电源
f) POE合路器
g) 在2025年6月30日之前作为服务部件或备件投放市场的外部电源，它是在2021年4月1日前投放市场的相同外部电源的服务部件或备件。
3. 额定负载：增加10%的额定负载条件。
4. 能效要求
1）从2020年4月1日起，空载状态下的功耗不得超过以下限值：2）从2020年4月1日起，平均有效效率不得低于以下限值：

EU Submitted New ErP Regulation for EPS to WTO
Recently, the European Commission submitted new Ecodesign regulation for external power supplies to WTO, repealing regulation (EC) No 278/2009. The new regulation specified the implementation date of 1 April 2020.

Main Update
1. Products scope: 
• added multiple voltage output external power supply;
• it is intended for use with electrical and electronic household and office equipment. No limitation of products to be connected to EC 1275/2008 Standby & off directive.
2. Shall not apply to:
a) voltage converters
b) uninterruptible power supplies
c) battery chargers
d) lighting converters
e) external power supplies for medical devices 
f) active power over Ethernet injectors
g) external power supplies placed on the market no later than 30 June 2025 as a service part or spare part for an identical external power supply placed on the market by 1 April 2021 at the latest, under the condition that the service part or spare part, or its packaging, clearly indicates the primary load product(s) the spare part or service part is intended to be used with.
3. Relevant Load Conditions: added one load condition of 10%.
4. Energy Efficiency Requirements:
1) From 1 April 2020, the no-load condition power consumption shall not exceed the following limits:2) From 1 April 2020, the average active efficiency shall be not less than the following limits:Kindly note: according to the framework regulation EU 2017/1369, products under the scope of energy label regulations, such as household air conditioners, household refrigerators, TVs, need to be registered in a specific database provided by EU starting from 1 January 2019. Products sold from 1 August 2017 to 1 January 2019 shall be uploaded before 30 June 2019.
